Our peanut log rolls are a tantalizing combination of nougat, caramel, and peanuts. We start with a soft nougat (that has a hint of vanilla), then coat it with a creamy caramel, and finally roll it in lightly salted chopped peanuts. Each individually wrapped 2oz peanut log is hand rolled just like they were 100 years ago.
