Made with 100% farm raised venison, this is one of the best commercial brands of deer jerky available anywhere. It's hickory smoked with a mild flavor. Each individually wrapped 7" chopped and formed venison jerky strip weighs 0.50oz.

Venison not only makes a great jerky but it's healthy, too. The FDA sites venison as a very good source of protein, niacin, and vitamins B2 and B12. In addition, it's a good source of iron, zinc, copper and vitamin B6. Best of all it's low in fat, especially saturated fat and trans fat.
